What is a daybed?
A
daybed is a great solution for a small guest room or for a child's
room. Daybeds have two sides and a back. These pieces are held together
by a daybed linkspring. The linkspring does
more than just hold the three components of the daybed together;
it also serves as the box spring for the daybed mattress. Box
springs are not necessary on daybeds.
What kind of
mattress do you need for the daybed? Daybeds
use a normal twin size mattress, measuring 39" X 75". View

What is a pop-up trundle?
A pop-up trundle is a metal bed on rollers that
slides discreetly under the daybed when not in use. When you need
the extra sleeping space, simply roll it out, and pop it up. The
best part? With the hidden trundle, your daybed will take
approximately the same amount of space as a twin size bed. But
when you have guests, you can pull out the pop-up trundle, and
you'll have either two twin size beds or one king size bed for
couples!
What kind of mattress do
you need for the trundle?
Just use a normal twin size mattress, measuring 39" X
75". In order for the trundle to fit under the daybed,
limit your mattress height to 8". View
